Payment terms and conditions 

Payment for inspection services is expected at the time of the inspection or when services are provided. Other arrangements can be made if agreed to ahead of time.

Late fees, interest, and other fees 

The total inspection or services fee (“Invoice total”) is due at the time of the inspection or the delivery of the service(s) and/or products.

Payments not made within 10 days of the delivery of the report(s), service(s), and/or products are subject to a late charge of $50 and a monthly interest rate of 1.5% simple interest on the invoiced total, together with all reasonable collection costs.

Payments received are applied to the late charge(s) due, then any interest due, then to the “Invoice total” above. There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks and cancelled or returned credit card transactions.
